What if I'm only interested in a few resources rather than thousands?
Nexcerpt allows you to select the resources you want, and exclude any others. For example, if you want material only from California-based technology resources you may select and manage that list within your own Nexcerpt account.
Can I request that Nexcerpt add other web resources important to me?
Absolutely. Your Nexcerpt account provides searchable, categorized lists of every resource Nexcerpt scans. If you're aware that a valuable resource is absent, just send Customer Services the link you want. If the site is accessible, we'll add the resource for you.
Can Nexcerpt gather material from proprietary fee-based sites that require authentication?
Yes. If you have a standing, paid subscription to a resource, we can authenticate for you. Relevant excerpts from that resource then will appear in your Nexcerpt Draft. Our Customer Services staff will confirm username and password with you personally.
